WH40k Book Club Episode #178 – Da Freebooterz Code by Justin Woolley

Let's dive in, shall we? First off, starting off strong, did you like Antoinette as a character? Was she a good rogue trader? It's hard to say what good is when it comes to rogue traders,

right? I liked her.

I really did.

I liked watching her kind of go through her ups and downs.

Yeah, I don't know how much we want to get into her character, but I have to say that I did not see the Leighton Syker thing coming.

That was a total surprise to me.

I was like, that's fun.

Especially given her reaction earlier during the warp storm when the one girl starts freaking out.

Hmm.

Hmm.

Yeah.

Hmm.

There was a warp storm.

That's not surprising to me whatsoever.

But the fact that she actually has been trading herself her whole life to put that aside, because she's a rogue trader, like, oh...

That I did not see coming.

The second warp storm, I was like, okay, someone's creating these.

Like the first one, sure, happenstance.

Second one was like, what is this? And when they bring up Bloodcurler, I was like, oh, okay.

Okay, of course a freaking weird boy is calling for the

Warpstorms.

I wondered about it because if you recall, right before the Warpstorm...

Broke Tooth, it's hard to get the F in there.
