Now, have you ever had, I'm sure you have, you've had those nights where you just can't fall asleep, or maybe sometimes it's actually goes out to a week.

where you just have a pattern of, let's say, you're either not falling asleep well, or maybe you're falling asleep, but then in the middle of the night you're getting up and then you can't get back to sleep, or even worse, you go and you get up and pee, right? And then you go back to, you try to go back to sleep and then you just can't, and you're up for the rest of the night.

And then you fall into this cycle of sleep deprivation well that's what we're going to address here today actually affects millions of people around the world and it is a big problem people are just not getting enough sleep i know a lot of people that i know personally that just don't get enough sleep or they fall asleep way later than they should.

So instead of going to sleep, let's say at nine, at 10 o'clock at night, they're going to bed at like one or two in the morning.

And then they're getting up at five to go to their job and they're way sleep deprived.

And we know, especially throughout the science and the studies that have come out that, and I've even talked about it on this show, that you literally don't catch up So that's a problem.

And again, I'll give you some action steps and things you can do to try to change that as time goes along.
