yeah uh there's a couple of biased reasons why i really like job tread um the first would be the speed to lead in terms of being able to generate a proposal really quickly i've talked to different deck builders that um you know they they go to the job they talk you know they consult with the client to really figure out what their dream is and all of that measure the backyard maybe put together a quick chat GPT image rendering of what they're looking for.

And then they're able to bust out that proposal on the job site, you know, in at the homeowner's house.

And you want to talk about the catalog a little bit, because I'm assuming loading the catalog, it takes a lot of time, and you're able to help facilitate that grunt work.

Yeah, so if you know exactly what you want, what your cost codes and stuff like that are going to be, then it really doesn't take a lot of time.

But if you don't know what the structure needs to be, it does take a good amount of time.

So you have your cost codes, which would be like, let's call it framing, decking.

If you've got electrical in the works, stuff like that, you're going to have those as your cost codes.

And then you have cost items, which would be anything under framing, you know, nails, you know, your.

I'm trying to think I can't think of the word right now, but found a formation stuff of that nature that you would have like little line items for each of those, all your material, essentially.

And then from there, you have what's called a cost group inside of job tread that then you can lump all of this together.

So rather than when you're trying to create your estimate, OK, I need this little line item and this one and this one, you can preset that up.

And then what's really cool is when you go and have created the job for, you know, let's call it for April.

We can use that estimate template, that group that we've created and create an estimate and add line items or take away line items from that template that doesn't affect the template.

I need everything to be gold plated that you're never going to do on another project.

But then once you have that together, you already have then you have what's called a document template to which would have your contract legal legality stuff in there that you've prewritten.
