So what we're going to talk about today is how do you know when it is time to fire a client? So I want you to get into a headspace of you have them on a buyer's brokerage engagement or a listing agreement, like you are actually in an agreement with them.

One of the things that happens most often is our agents will show buyers so many houses over sometimes a short period, sometimes a long period.

Now, make sure that you've educated them on the process, what the expectations are.

But if you're showing more than about 15 to 20 homes to a person, it's time to be done.

And again, you're not like, it's not a dictatorship, right? You do work for the client.

But if you're giving them honest information, you're educating them, and they're just not willing to change.

An example of this would be they always want to make very low insulting offers.

So if you don't see them as being coachable, they're not changing, they're not growing, then that would be a reason to go ahead and call it quits like stop wasting your time because ultimately you're going to be showing them 15 or 20 houses maybe even writing 15 to 20 offers this is going to give you a bad reputation in the industry Agents talk.
