Shannon WatkinsHostJames ClarkHostNow, have you come across, and I don't know what help you can give, but let's say somebody has bought a home a few years ago.
Um, is there some things that, that a lender can do to help, you know, with that situation to make, for them to be able to sell and to buy?
[laughs] There, um, there's a lot to unpack there, and that's why it's, you know, it's very dependent on their situation and all their, their factors.

Even if they're not actually, you know, renting it out, we can, you know, get creative on the back end and offset that mortgage to help them qualify for the new one.
Um, you know, if their options at the end of the day are either to sell it or rent it, like we know-
