You know, it's less, I say, important or sensitive for non-first-time home buyers, 'cause usually they'll have a down payment.

They can cover their closing costs.

But for first-time home buyers, we're generally advising them to structure their offers.

It's more on the agent side, it's more helping with that.

Um, but on the numbers side, we, you know, help provide, you know- If your offer is structured like this, this is what we would need to keep your cash out of pocket as low as possible.
