The first letter is Anchor Deep.
As a mama of three kids, I have found that the world can swirl and the expectations can roar, and it can overwhelm me any given moment.
As we speak, my husband came back from... years away at geobatching.
We have incorporated his stuff a little bit, but there's no flow.
There's stuff on the table.
He still has stuff on his dresser and we're just getting our rhythm back as a family reunited.
Anchoring deep means that in the ins and outs, in the deployment cycles, in the unexpected family illnesses, in the moments where you thought you had the plan and all of a sudden he's not deploying tomorrow.
What's so powerful about how God created us is that we have an incredibly deep muscle called resilience and very few people know they have it until it's forced.
Anchoring deep means knowing your unique anchor points that set you up for a grounded central nervous system and a healthy flow in the storms of life.
I believe with every part of my soul that Christ, before time began, gave us a purpose, a mission, and a heartbeat all our own.
If you look at your fingerprints, you were created for an impact only you can make.
And that's why you have to find the fight.
You have to figure out what you're fighting for and what you want your life to be about.
That's kind of why I started this is because I've had so many people come up to me and say the way that you spoke to me, the conversation we had, it stuck out to me.
Two examples of this are that in D.C. this summer when we were with my husband in his training, I go to a soccer camp with my kids on a random week where we had it free.
I show up, drop off the kids.
I'm going to go to a cafe and work my network marketing business for a couple hours just in the sweetness of no responsibility and endless opportunity.
As I'm driving away, this woman is taking a picture of her kids as they go into the door.
I thought it was so cute, so I stopped her for a moment, rolling down my window and saying, oh my goodness, mama, it is so precious that you are celebrating your kids like that.
I just wanted to honor you with that.
In a heartbeat, she leans in and goes, Jules, I met you eight years ago at a camp our kids did a random summer before 2020.
Mark that.
And what's so wild about that is that I have her in my phone.
I started to text her and found out, oh, she's Erin DC Soccer.
She's the mama I met.
