Okay, so with that being said, you know, the reason we had you on a while ago is you, you know, are really out there coaching classes at a gym.
And not every gym in the world, but there can be this, this theme that's out there on occasion where you have a 60-minute class, you feel the need to do- to fill every single solitary minute, and so you do part A, B, C, D, and E.
And it's sadly rare that some gyms would be like, "Hey, we're just gonna program a five-minute workout, and that's it." And, you know, and so that was the previous show.
So if people haven't listened or watched that, it was probably within the last month, go find that.
So this is, you know, in a world where either people stack the hour with all kinds of stuff, so you rarely see Grace.
You know, they'll do the heavy lift plus Metcon, but very rarely will you see that the only workout today is a five by five back squat or a seven by one deadlift, and that's what we're going to demystify today, is, uh, is the classic heavy day.
So we decided to go with the seven singles of deadlift.
I mean, uh, everyone loves-
...
the deadlift, and there is always the chance, you know, to ring the bell for a new PB.
And, uh, potentially speaking, this is even, uh, let's say, quote unquote, "worse" than when you see a workout like this at the whiteboard, right?
Talking about, uh, the members, uh, the box.
Uh, because when it comes down to Grace, at the end of Grace, realistically you're suffering, right?
You're there lying on the floor saying, "What did just happen?" But when it comes down to a heavy day, it's different, right? You don't, let's say, die like a regular Metcon, so potentially speaking, the class is gonna be even more empty if compared to Grace.
