And you've specialized in this arena.
What made you interested in the narcissistic relationship dynamic? What drew you to that?

Oh, I was in a really terribly narcissistic abusive relationship, like in my twenties and thirties.

And thankfully I got out, but I can relate to people who are stuck because I was definitely stuck for a long time.

And I also understand dreading leaving because there is a lot of post-separation abuse.

So like at this point, like, you know, now I'm in my fifties and I'm pretty distanced from it, but I feel very strongly like politically and sort of like as a form of activism for younger women.

And maybe you can like skip that, you know, the pothole that you're about to fall into.
Yeah, pay it forward for sure.

What got you hooked on Bravo? What is there not to love about Bravo? That's like the silliest question, isn't it?
It is, it is.
But you were saying sort of that it's become this really great example.
Why do you think people are so fascinated by that kind of relationship?

Well, I think part of it is that most of us have had it at some point or another, like, even if it was briefly right, like, you dated someone or knew someone who just had this sort of sinister manipulative undertone.

And then some of us have really had full blown relationships with people like this, but I think it's just so prevalent.
But before that, it's so slick, right, to your point.
