Sassenachs Rewind - Outlander S8E4 "Muskets, Liberty, and Sauerkraut"

yeah so roger we get back to the gold and jamie's like all right you can have this gold that you want for the guns it makes sense now and so they're gonna go down there and i love that like fergus and marsley are like oh you of course you're not just coming to visit it's always some bullshit you're bringing with you yeah i was like yeah they don't want to see you it's just yeah i love marsley so much uh and then so We get the message that Lord John had told Fergus to meet with his friend and, you know, decide for himself if they can trust him.

And when they're having this conversation, a rock goes through the window and it misses Bree by that much.

And I was like, oh, so close.

Damn.

Damn.

And they were like, oh, people don't like what they read in the news.

So they come after us.

Yeah.

And they go out of their way to explain they've been trying to be impartial.

And it's like it's like today.

It's no different than yesterday.

Today, if you say this, that side's going to be mad.

If you don't say this, the other side's going to get mad at you.

And then Fergus is also like, and I'm illegally printing pamphlets.

I felt during the scene like they need to tell Fergus and Marsali about the time traveling.

They don't know.

They don't know.

Yeah, they're like still the only ones.

I don't know how well they would take it, but I guess it would kind of make sense.

But I don't know.

I

don't know.

I'm here for their justice,

I guess.

I love that Bree's trying to get rid of Roger, to which I said, me too, girl.
