Well, I can, it comes across in your music and there's a song that I come across and I have not really heard a lot of people sing about this particular topic before.

And that is the song that you wrote about friendships and and friendship breakups and it going wrong.

I mean, apart from Taylor Swift's Bad Blood, we haven't really heard a lot of people singing about friendships.

Do you want to tell us what inspired that and why you put pen to paper? Because not a lot of people do actually write about this topic.

I think like for me, at that time, it was kind of like my first year of uni and I I feel like out of school, it's just natural that, you know, you kind of drift from people.

And, you know, when I was about like 18, I kind of, I hadn't been like in a, you know, a romantic relationship before.

And yeah, I kind of had this experience with a friend and I was like, For me, that was like fuel to write about something because I felt like, you know, there were so many either love songs or heartbreak songs that I felt like I couldn't really like I definitely could relate to because I think there are so many songs that are so universal that you can think of it.

you know, as a friend, but I mean, then it will be like, oh, you know, a lyric about holding hands and then you'd be like, oh, maybe, maybe that's not, you know, what I miss about having a friend.

Olivia Rodrigo was like a huge influence, I feel like, for that song in particular.

And I was kind of at that phase where I was more angry than I was upset about it.

And that was kind of, yeah, the first probably one of the first upbeat songs that I had ever written but I had so much fun writing it and I- it was kind of the first song that was definitely vulnerable but that I kind of just like let loose and kind of lyrics that I thought couldn't be lyrics I was like I you know like let's just fuck it and like literally just like you know put it on the song the first lyric in the bridge is literally you're such a fucking loser

I took that as something that maybe someone had projected onto you or was that you? No, that's me.

Okay, because I thought, oh, my God, is this you internalising what they're making you feel? But you're like, no.

Honestly, a bit of both, but I was, I feel like I was just like trying to brainstorm things and I just wrote it as a joke.

And then I think, yeah, my co-writer was like, wait, that could literally just be a lyric.
