RJ Mitte’s Close Friend Ainsley Shares a Heartfelt Tribute “He Made Me Feel So Safe” bts of meeting the New Hunger Games Stars & Exclusive Chats with the Moulin Rouge Cast

But first, let's kick it off with The Hunger Games event because this was next level and it was just so cool being around so many people that were just so passionate.

The outfits were next level, and of course, we did have Australian actor Joseph Zeta and, as I mentioned before, Hollywood star McKenna Grace, uh, in town for the event, which was just so special and next level, and they really did think of everything.

Like, I have just never been to an event like it, and I just wanna give a bit of a shout-out to TikTok who invited me.

I mean, I still am pinching myself that I even got invited to something like this, but yeah, it was just absolutely amazing and I wanna bring you guys along with me because it was just so special.

And this was all to celebrate The Hunger Games: Sunrise on the Reaping.

Comedian Joel Creasey hosted a Q&A with Joseph and McKenna, and there was, like, things like aerial performances.

And if you are a Hunger Games fan, then you know that this is a special one because this, of course, is the prequel, and the cast is absolutely stacked for this.

So we've got Glenn Close, Elle Fanning, Kieran Culkin, Jesse Plemons, Maya Hawke.

There is just so many stars attached to this, and the buzz and excitement in the air was just so palpable.

And as I mentioned before, like, everyone just went all out.

Like, the costumes were absolutely next level.

And the one thing I will say about McKenna and Joseph, who was also in Invisible Boys, which was written by my good friend Holden Shepherd, and I wish I had have brought my copy of Invisible Boys for him to sign 'cause I actually got to meet Joseph and he was just so lovely.

It was very brief because obviously he was being swamped, but I will say they spent time with everyone.

There was one point where McKenna was dancing on the dance floor with everyone, and I just wanna share this very special moment.

So when McKenna went to leave, she obviously got swarmed, and she wasn't just behind some exclusive rope the whole time.

Like, she was mingling with the fans.

It was just so sweet.

And anyway, when she went to leave, there was so many people that were like, "We haven't gotten a photo with her." And mind you, she spent a good part of over an hour getting photos.

There were just so many people at this event.

So as she was leaving, she just made it her personal mission to get photos with everyone.

I was lucky to get a brief photo.

And as I was waiting, I noticed there was this really sweet lady who was standing next to me, and every time someone went to get a photo with her, she would, like, make sure that, like, there was a big light on them and the lighting was right for the photo, and she was just on the hustle and she was, like, fixing McKenna's hair, and she was just interacting with everyone and being so lovely.

And I noticed she looked exactly like McKenna, and I literally say to her, I go, "Do you know McKenna? 'Cause you could literally be her sister." And she's like, "You're so sweet." She's like, "I'm actually her mom." And her mom was just such a lovely vibe.

Like, she was kind of just really taking care of the fans.

She was obviously there for her daughter as well, but I don't know, like, it was just so sweet to see the way her mom was just interacting with the fans.
