Jen, you have shared so much great information in this conversation in terms of, I mean, I love it because I'm really big on strategy.

So this is all rooted in strategy, right? And making sure that we're being proactive and thinking through all of those people who could be involved in this decision or touch it in some way or influence it in some way.

And really making sure that we're providing enough information to help get the decision right to go in our favor.

As we get ready to wrap up this conversation, Jen, is there any last piece of advice that you want to leave with someone listening to the show?

I would say that the person or the group that you're presenting to, you just kind of think there might be like a shadow audience behind them.

Who else is really making the decision within the company, even within small companies? And you never want to...

how do I say this? Sort of go above the authority of the team or the person that you're talking to.

I mean, you never want to say who's actually making the decision, right? As if your audience doesn't have that authority.

Is there anything else I can help you with in order to get this through IT or get this through finance? Just always remember there is probably more than the decision maker that you're presenting to.

And if you remember that, that'll lead you to the questions about other information And that'll just change your sales conversations for sure.
