You must be pretty proud of what you've done post the lowest point of your life.
So you get to kinda see all of this come through and a great way I used to do it is, like, kinda journaling and, and that's, that was, like, really good therapy.
Um, and it's hard because this is really what you wanna teach, especially the young generation, like the resilience part of things.
It's like they don't really get to see that, 'cause you can't play a tape and see that, oh, like he's resilient the way he's running.
It's like they see the end results and they're like, "Oh," like, "I can do that" And then they go to the trainings like, "Why? Why can't I get to that, to that..." Well, 'cause they don't see the rest of the stuff.
