So tell us in your practice, you've got how many chiropractors are there across your practices?

We've also got a massage therapist, acupuncturist, and on and off some psychologists.

So that's quite a diverse team in terms of just stages of life, levels of experience, and you've got sort of geographically diverse.

Do you have any sort of what it takes to create that in the first place, what it takes to have that work well, any sort of ideas that if somebody is either has a team that is like, oh, we could do better with this or is looking at their practice and go, I really like the idea of sharing ideas the journey with other people i'm better if i'm part of a team than trying to sort of do things by myself how what do you what's your insight there

When we first started, Darren and I were actively looking for people who were very like us.

So we were quite hardline, you know, must be doing SOT, don't do this and don't do that and try and model what we're doing because we used to travel a lot for fun.

We've kind of got older and a little bit more flexible, but we're now attracting people that are just great people.
