So what's been the hardest part of scaling that no one warns you about? You've probably seen it from your own business, but also from your clients.

So, you know, you've built this business, you're the expert in it, you think that nobody else can do it as well as you.

And, you know, it's your name, your standards, your brand, and all of a sudden you are bringing in a team that are If you don't pass those skills across, you're never going to be able to scale.

So I think letting go, it's bittersweet, right? It's a celebration when you've got a client that goes, oh, my gosh, Nick's so amazing.

And I think what we underestimate is that the most expensive person in most scaling businesses is the founder doing $30 an hour work.

And so as you scale and you don't add people, then the problem that you're doing is you become the most expensive person there.

And so my biggest thing is you start to bring people in that you think you need for growth.

I think you also need to think about when you're growing a team, the roles... that you don't want to do.

Otherwise you hand out all the stuff that you love and then quickly you end up with all the crap.

And so I think that's the hardest part is knowing and trusting and letting go and having the confidence that somebody else will probably be able to do it better.

And even if they do it to 80%, it's still better than you doing it yourself.

And I suppose that's why you build a team, isn't it? So this probably leads us into the next question.
