What's one lesson your job has taught you that you think everyone should learn at some point in their career?

So I think this kind of follows on from what I was just talking about and that one lesson that I've really learned through all of this is just to embrace change rather than fear it.

So when I was younger, I I guess I thought careers had to follow a certain path.

In Australia, I chose travel and tourism, and I thought that was me for life.

I think there will be opportunities, setbacks, like we just discussed, that you may need to completely rethink your direction.

I mean, I've worked in travel, aviation, construction, events, entrepreneurship, and now food service.

So whether that's building relationships, solving problems, managing projects, leading teams, I think all those skills are transferable and you shouldn't really be afraid to to pivot and to move and to try something new.

I get asked a lot when I'm talking to people about the pod about career paths and do they have to be linear and can they be circular? And I think through the whole of this podcast series, one and two, is that most people's are circular and you go and pivot and you change.

And And I think one person said it's about you don't think about tomorrow, just think about what's right for you now and adapt.
