Shoreditch

Let's talk now about one of the openings to look forward to right here in Dubai, and not a million miles away from us here in Media City.

Now, anybody that has spent any time in the east end of London, especially in and around the areas of Hackney and Shoreditch, will be familiar with the iconic The Hoxton's.

Started life in London's Shoreditch neighbourhood back in 2006.

And we're told that it is coming to Dubai.

The popular London hotel brand is set to open in Dubai for the very first time.

Firstly, uh, wanna mention it 'cause when this comes out, we won't have another one of these.

Uh, Shoreditch has got a new half marathon-

... which some people who are listening to this, like in Malta, the Philippines, and across the world where we're massive.

What's the best way to describe Shoreditch, Hayden? It's like the f- well, the fashionable people go and run.

Okay, so I'm sat in Shoreditch, although it's actually the grind at Broadgate Circle, so is that classed as Shoreditch? I'm not really sure, but it's that kind of area, Liverpool Street area in London.

Anyway, I'm having brunch with a friend when we get talking about content, obviously, as my favourite topic, and she tells me that she's feeling really self-conscious about the content that she's putting out there because her friends and family don't understand what she's doing, and they've made a couple of comments to her about the post that she's putting out, right? So by this point, I've been uploading content regularly for, I don't know, like the last seven years.

So she asks me, how do you show up confidently without worrying what other people think? How do you deal with friends or family making comments about your videos or laughing at what you do? And then she told me later that day that she was shocked by what I said in response to that question, and she was not expecting that answer.

Also, I'm going to shout him out.
