But it's valuable to recognize that we can't do this in our own power, and we need to rely entirely on God.
Parenting isn't about us.
In fact, parenting isn't even about our kids.
So welcome to the Truth Love Parent podcast, where we train dads and moms to give God the preeminence in their parenting.

This is the last episode of this series, and if you're just joining us, I highly suggest you start with part one.

You absolutely need to fill out the sleep survey and need to understand what the Bible says about our sleep before today's material can be beneficial for you.

And if you're returning, I hope you've already been considering what changes you need to make to your sleep schedule in order to better glorify God.

If so, I won't be surprised if you're hitting some roadblocks in that process.

Lord willing, you may only have small changes to make and found that they have been pretty easy.

Either way, today we're going to talk about how to make changes and what to expect in the process.

As always, please take advantage of the free life work, transcript, and links to related resources, which you can find in the description.
