Yeah, like I was saying before we started, that it's so often that you get a moment where you think, right, I'm absolutely crushing this now.

I know where I'm at.

Like, I've got my practice.

I'm feeling good.

You're like skipping along the street.

You're like, I finally found peace.

And then it's at that moment that you're like...

Something happens and you have to take a decision to go.

OK, cool.

I'm still learning.

That's fine.

That's completely.

Of course, I'm still learning.

That would be ridiculous to think I've figured it all out or to be like annoyed at the fact that you've that you've just like tripped over again.

But it's it's kind of like.

it's a big game and like when we can see it and we can be light with it and we can play with it a little bit with our lives um with the lighter stuff obviously the heavier stuff has another another thing but i feel yeah we have a choice we have like a choice in the moment to be like okay am i gonna choose this direction i'm going to choose that like and i found just really recently i've been having that a lot in my head where i've been having a really clear choice i've just become a father to a little girl and you know she's nine months and uh sometimes um and it's an interesting balance of unconditional love complete complete outpouring of just like i would do anything for you and then of course you're in the middle of the night and you haven't slept for days and days And your mind is being like, I'm feeling so bruised from this.

This is so tight.

I don't know if I can carry on.

And then you're like, no, I can't.

Because I'm going to make a choice right now to just look at her and be like, wow.

She's not going to be this young forever.

She's going to at some point be a fully grown human and be telling me about her life and her thoughts and ideas.

And this is just a moment.

And if I can choose to make that moment enjoyable by the choice of what I've chosen to focus on, then the world's your oyster.

Like you can do anything from that place, I think.
