In this episode of **True North Alignment**, Keith Hodge is joined by emotional embodiment coach **Paul Abram** for a fascinating conversation exploring the relationship between fascia, intuition and…
Paul AbramGuestKeith HodgeHostI've just written a book on True North Alignment, and, you know, it's my life's work to bring through what I describe as living in coherence moment by moment by facing the architecture of our past when it starts to express itself, and that past is stored in the body, so the body is a map.
And it sounds to me like you're pinpointing where actually in the body the, the map is, is held.
So i- my question to you is, is this like scientifically provable to say if we use our intuition to trace an emotion that's stored in, in the, in the, say, the fascia of the lungs, is there a way of proving that? Like some sort of technology that says like, yeah, there's some frequency that, that is here?

I'm not sure that we're at that stage yet of being able to pin it down technologically.

So I have a friend and an, an inventor, and he has re-engineered the Rife machines.

If you're aware of Rife machines, which is the technology of frequencies to actually get rid of certain diseases, certain issues.

Well, we've been looking at that in a way to be able to map not only illness, but emotion on all frequencies.

And I think we're not-- I don't think we're far away from being able to have a device that would be able to pinpoint what those frequencies are.

So for me, in the way that, that my intuition tells me, is that the deeper we go, the lower we go in the body, the earlier it would be.

If I go really right down to the roots of the bladder and lower, I'm going to a pre-verbal kind of me.

And the programming of, of my, my life and my trauma and the things that happened to me has shown itself at l- different levels.

So when I've come into the belly, for instance, this-- anything that's to do with the belly as a frequency or as a location would be up to about the age of seven and, and maybe eight, the point when we begin to learn humor.

And then once we begin to understand humor and we, we go past the, the belly and, and its joy, we come up into the heart.

We s- first start to love outside the family as a teenager, so from around the age of 13, 14 up to, you know, sort of 21, that's where we really develop a different frequency, our own frequency of the heart, and we start to find our true voice between 21 to 28, and then everything else of life is, is in the higher centers with, with, um, emotion, empathy, compassion.

Historically, we have drunk alcohol to numb ourselves and our anger, which then actually gives the liver so much to do that it releases the anger and the trauma.
