So we were absolutely thrilled to present you with the Member Engagement Champion Award at Connect recently as really a testament to what you do to serve your members.
I would love it if you could share with your audience what kind of engagement activities do you hold in Texas to support your cooperative members?

Some of the things that we've been doing, and one in particular, I think, is this, uh, member engagement workshop that we spend a lot of time building every year, and it really started years ago as something we called Brand Camp, and then, um, a Touchstone mixer.

And so it's, it's evolved over the years, but it's a, it's a chance for us to pull together the brand ambassadors across Texas who are part of the Touchstone program.

Yeah, and people show up, and they really enjoy to admire and acquire, and then hear about Touchstone resources, especially when we get...

There's been a lot of turnover recently, and we get new communicators coming in, and really just hearing about the things that both TEC and Touchstone can do for the first time, and the way that some of the more veteran people have been implementing them.

Some of the real value comes from them talking to each other about how they're using the resources, new ideas.

And in Texas, we have co-ops as small as maybe 1,500 meters, and some as large as, you know, over 450,000 meters.

So we've got folks who are doing a lot of different things at their co-op, and when they can come together and talk to others who are doing what they're doing, provides great value for them.
Well, I know we love supporting you all in that event every year, and we come home with just tons of ideas as well.
Because anytime we hear what cooperatives are doing, it's always gets the creativity going, and new ways that we can support those ideas, and then hopefully be helpful.
