So the Mechaba says, So we're talking about Erev Pesach, and we've said in this sermon so far that on Erev Pesach, of course, the Isurim kick in, and you can't eat the Chometz, and you can't get Hanah from the Chometz, and now Sif Gimel talks about this.

And you go into the store and you say, here, take this loaf of bread and give me a bottle of water.

So therefore, according to the Machabah, the water, the bottle of water which you buy with that loaf of bread is actually okay, because there's no isahanot transferred onto the chifetz.

even though it's after and therefore it's to get you know you can't get any from the Hamid according to most and therefore you have been over by purchasing something and getting from your Hamid nevertheless it's not the issa of the hanah or the issa in the actual chometz itself is not transferred onto the money or onto the actual other item which you buy in other words if you sell the bread and you get some money or you barter it for something else there are only three things really where the issa is tofah so for example if I've got an item of avodazara or of hegdish or of shviyas the status of that item is transferred onto the other thing.

And therefore, with Pesach, this is not one of the three, and therefore it's not Tofus Domov.

and therefore I'm allowed to eat or drink or whatever or use the money which I get the Hanoh from which I sell or barter with the Shomitz even the person himself who buys it and certainly other people So even me, I can drink the water which I bought or the money I can use.

And certainly if I invite you around and I serve you some of the water, that's certainly okay.

Even though there are those saying that other people can benefit from Chiluf HaChomet, that however others are of the opinion, that the person, the owner of the Chomet himself, should not get any Hanah, from that Chometz, and therefore if I own a loaf of bread, and I barter it, or I sell it and I get some money, I can't get any Hanoh from that money, it's my bread, or if I trade it for a bottle of Coke with you, and I can't drink that, I can't get any Hanoh from it.

And by the way, in 23 he says, The Bnei Beisah, the Baal HaChometzah, the Smukha Mat Shulchanah are included in that.

And it would only help, it would only be okay for me if other people sold it on my behalf and not with my knowledge.
