In this episode, Christine tells us how she's able to make so much money, work so few hours and travel the world... by going after the best clients on the market, charging high fees, 30% plus, and only working with candidates with salaries around the 200 to 300k mark.

Christine puts her success down to the three pillars that she's obsessed over since she started the business, which is higher base salaries, higher fees, and going after aligned clients.

By obsessively focusing on these three things, Christine's built an almost dream life that, quite frankly, I'm quite jealous of.
