It's been such an incredible journey, hasn't it? And I think even in the time that I've known you, seeing these little pivots and little bends in the road and just seeing how you follow your heart and follow your intuition and trust your gut and just keep trying these different things, it just seems like...

Would you say that's how it feels for you? Like you're almost just going with the flow, following this path, seeing what happens and just going with it, but constantly coming back to how it feels for you?
For so long, I just thought like, you have to stay in your lane and you have to like be known for one thing.
And like, you just have to keep, you know, keep just having this one outcome and like working with one client.
And I just really bought into that whole like, no, no, just be an expert of this one thing.
my gut feeling and what lights me up and it's been quite a brave and scary thing to kind of try out all these different things and yeah just like following what feels good and what doesn't feel good and then it's kind of yeah like giving myself permission to try things out and then just get the data from it you know it's like did that work and feel good yes great let's do it again or that not go as planned or not feel as good or like oh did I make a mistake it's like yeah okay great well I know for next time and it's just having the confidence to just what I'm trying to do is just wholeheartedly be who I truly am and I'm trying to really get back to um like who I was before like all of the conditioning and before the world told me who I should be and like the bullies at school and like the teachers and like the patriarchy and like all of these like just trying to like just get out from like under all like the weight that's on me and and just kind of like come back to right right i'm like i'm a soul i'm a human experience and it's like how good does it get to be and like how how can i feel and experience like so much like like fullness of like who I really am and yeah it's making mistakes it's trying things it's getting you heartbroken it's like fucking things up it's like it's all other things it's like the the duality of like the human experience really and sometimes like quite a lot of times I get it like wrong you know my husband's things and like my friends and my family think but but you know it's like I feel like we're here for a good time not a long time that's a massive cliche but like Yeah, I'm here just, you know, I'm not here for perfection.
I'm here to just, yeah, I'm here to experience and feel and yeah, just empower if I can, you know.

you've just said, I mean, so many things that I love, but there's two things that I want to almost like pull out because I think they are absolute gold.
