What I've got first is the ARLC has revamped the integrity process by appointing former New South Wales Supreme Court Justice Jeffrey Bilu.
as an independent decision-maker, or IDM, because, you know, cunts are stupid and can't say words, to determine sanctions for most off-field incidents rather than the NRL itself handing down punishments.
It'll stop him defending them, I guess, because old Geoffrey, he got trotted out, like, almost every fucking time someone was up for something.

Seems reasonably strategic.
