I, I think, uh, we've probably broken-record stuff in terms of the fundamentals of real estate still exist, right? Supply and demand.
It obviously depends on the markets that you're in and where that market's come from.
Now, Cairns, some suburbs, and again, we don't know what suburb, how much were paid for it, et cetera, um- and I don't want to put the fear of God into you, Kate, by any means.
It, it can, but it might mean that the next five years, it's probably not gonna repeat itself.
So when we look at supply and demand, what's most in demand? Well, it's land and more bedrooms, the better.
