Beautiful conversation, and I think really beautiful in the sense that, you know, addiction or things that are kind of, are demons, like, they're not linear, and it's not always just alcohol, and it's not always just drugs.

And I thought that episode, like, you know, obviously touched on, on many different things, and important subjects, and is, and subjects that we should dive more in, you know, deeply into in this podcast.

And I don't know, man, like, you have some of these conversations sometimes, and you sit with people, and, you know, however long they've been sober, five months, a year, two years, 10 years, whatever.

And you think sometimes people haven't really opened up about this stuff hugely in a public forum or, or if at all.

So I, I feel eternally grateful, you know, that someone like Isaac can come on and, like, just have that conversation with us really openly.

So I'm, I'm genuinely grateful that he felt comfortable, you know, enough to do that with us.

I think his story will hopefully inspire others and just highlight there's, you know, there's other areas, there's other root causes, there's other problems.

It's not just alcohol, right? And, you know, it's amazing that someone can be so open and, yeah, like you say, just felt comfortable enough to share that with us and, and our, our wonderful audience.
