And do you know what's so great about it? I mean, the story of recovery from Ben is just...

It's interesting, isn't it? Because I think, you know, we always talk about the spectrum of sobriety and the spectrum of recovery.

And you kind of when you hear that story, I don't know if you felt the same in the in the recording, we've not really spoken about it since, like, he told that story.

But to then go through it in the way that he has and rebuild his life and put his energy into what he's done.

People look at people that dress like Ben or act like Ben or listen to music like Ben.

I think people go, oh, they must be well scary or like, of course, they're fucking fucked up and crazy because they're into fucking goth shit.

And I think even the perspective of... what he was saying around Satanism, like it was so interesting to learn that perspective because whilst I was aware of it from, you know, an Anton LaVey perspective or through some of my podcasts and stuff to hear someone actually talking about it in practice, you know, and it's not about fucking like people's, again, perspective is probably like fucking sacrificing goats and killing shit and like doing mad crazy shit.

What Ben was saying is just about oneself and about bettering oneself and you being the only person that's accountable for it.

It's an interesting principle because it links back to something Hannah said about mirror work.
