spoke about and one of the things we practice at Mullins Therapy and with the Mullin Method is we never ask someone how they're feeling and to scale it.

Why don't we do that? People will be saying, well, why don't you ask me how I feel? Why don't
It's going back and reliving their moments and drudging up a lot of bad thoughts, negative thinking, negative patterns.
And that was the one thing that shocked me when we first spoke because you never asked me what happened.
But then when I realized that we're not actually going into that, we're going into the what's the problem? What is the emotion? What is the image that you keep seeing? Because if you remember at the time, I had an image that wouldn't disappear.
Every time I closed my eyes, every time I blinked, I had this image of what had happened in my head.

I think the main problem when we sit down and we say to someone in therapy or looking to do therapy, how do you feel? The reason we don't really go into detail with it is because we know how they feel.

You don't go to therapy because you're full of the joys of spring and you're having a lovely time.

The second thing they'll do is on a scale of 1 to 10, how does that feel? Shit is shit.
