Hello, and welcome back once again to the Inquisitor podcast with me, Marcus Cauchi.

The two of them have been in sales for between 15 and 27 years, and they've recently launched an AI tool to help salespeople hopefully get out of their own way.

So, uh, Dave, would you mind just giving us, uh, 30 to 60 seconds on your history first?

So I've been, uh, in sales and sales leadership for the last 27 years, so, um, I've led teams that have been business development teams, account management teams, key account teams, uh, usually in a SaaS environment, and I've done that globally.

Um, and I've actually worked with Dan for the last kind of 15 years, uh, of those.

So, yeah, very similar to, to Dave in terms of the background of leading sales teams in that SaaS world.

Um, in terms of the personal side, I'm based in London, got two daughters, they keep me very grounded and humble.

Both of you have come from SaaS backgrounds, which, um, i- if I'm being brutally blunt, doesn't necessarily represent the broader range and experience of sales.

And so w- we need to make sure that people understand that we're coming at it from a SaaS perspective, but I might bring in, uh, other industry sectors and be curious, uh, to see the contrast.

But if you're flogging heavy industrial manufactured goods, um, or, you know, fast-moving consumer goods, it's quite a different environment, and they don't necessarily have the same, uh, kind of measures, they don't have the same technology stacks and so on.
