Honestly, this is just to show you guys that, uh, this is what I've done, and this is, I'm ex-explained how.

A lot of people think because I am not this serious, uh, super depressed type that I don't know about business, which is fair, but, uh, this is what we've done.

So you can see down here, ad spend is at 15K, leads, thirteen hundred generated, uh, booked calls, 135.

So at the end of the day, everything will get pulled into a dashboard like this, because otherwise, if you don't track your numbers, how the hell are you supposed to know what's going on in your business? So I speak to a lot of coaches who are doing really well and still don't have any centralized source of truth for their data.

Now, once you have these numbers, you can track other metrics like cash per booked call.

So you'd go 388 divided by 135, um, and also cost per booked call, which is the ad spend divided by the booked calls as well.

You compare those numbers, and then you can see what kinda scale you're looking at.

So, uh, I was-- I managed to reduce my ad spend this month and actually increase, um, profitability, which was great.

Now, a lot of people don't know this, so I have to give a bit of credibility spiel here, um, but I have dedicated the last ten years to understanding fitness marketing.

I have done a lot of stuff, and, uh, I've never really revealed the success of my business because it didn't make sense to, it never benefited me.

But now, uh, I kinda have to 'cause otherwise people are gonna be like, "Hey, who's this, who's this clown trying to teach me how to run my business," right? Which I get.

But, uh, at the end of the day, I'm like, "Hey, l- I have to show you guys what I've done, otherwise you, you won't even listen." I wrote a book on fitness and business.
