The Lion’s Gate Portal Isn’t Real | The Truth About 8/8 | The Wise Unicorn Podcast S2 E6

All right? There is no Lionsgate Portal.

I am not saying... that you cannot meditate on August 8th.

I am not saying you can't manifest.

I'm not saying you can't create a ritual or decide that 8-8 has spiritual significance for you.

I am saying that the Lionsgate portal is not an astronomical event.

It is not a traditional astrological event either.

And a lot of the information that gets repeated every year about why the supposed portal opens on August 8th is just simply not true.

Every year around the beginning of August, my entire spiritual algorithm, maybe yours too, turns into Lionsgate content.

And you've probably heard some version of this.

The Lion's Gate portal opens because the sun is in Leo.

Sirius is supposedly aligning with the sun and the earth.

Then somehow Orion gets involved.

The pyramids of Giza get involved.

Ancient Egypt gets involved.

And because it happens on A8, we have the number 8, which represents abundance and affinity.

And apparently this enormous energetic portal opens.

At this point, we have Sirius, Orion, the pyramids, the Sphinx, Leo, numerology, and manifestation all invited to the same party.

But there's one really big problem with this story.

Let's just start with like number one.

Where is Sirius actually located? I'm an astrologer, so my first question is really simple.

Where is Sirius? Open a chart right now and look it up.

This is all you have to do.

Fact check.

Sirius is currently located at approximately 14 degrees Cancer in the tropical zodiac.

Where's the sun on August 8th? The sun is in the middle of Leo.
