**THE WEEKLY SPLIT | EPISODE 14 – HYROX Birmingham, Hamburg Results & Behind the Scenes** Episode 14 of The Weekly Split is here! This week, Lee and Adam are back to break down another busy weekend…
Lee TynanHostbig change i noticed this year because obviously some people might not notice but the The banners were sponsored by Amazon and different things like that.
You know, how many vendors there were compared to like the last UK races, there was a lot of vendors.
So food, bits and pieces, whatever else they had, way more than normal.

As you just said, you ended up just talking to everyone you haven't seen for ages and before you know it, you've done like, before my race on Saturday, I think I'd done like 30, 35,000 steps.
Just for a bit of context there, you'd been working the Young Stars events, hadn't you? You'd been helping coordinate that type of thing and yeah so i

was in the it was brilliant i was in the warm-up so i was helping out with the warm-up and and like the kids come at their time and then you go through five minute stages in the warm-up so it's a bit like activity based it's really good so i was in that area and then i am on the sati because it was the young the real young kids kind of have like a pace to go out so i thought it's only it's 250 meters the first lap that you've got to run i said go on i'll pace it and i I tell you what, made some of them kids run fast.

But for everyone else who's a little bit nervous, it just gives them that, breaking them into the first lap to get them into the ski.

I think we'll see more of the young stars popping up around different events now, different venues, especially when you've got such space that you can rent two rooms out and run at the same time because it's just brilliant to be involved in.
yeah i think big change obviously now the this is pushed on to the next level i mean when it came into the main where the young styles was they had all these different food vendors whatever when you go into the main area where the race was they had amazon they had the usual puma they had all these different people that i've never seen before trying to sell whatever they were not related to fitness some of them so obviously having a big push on with I suppose making it more mainstream.
Well, it's pretty mainstream now, isn't it? But I was in a big push and I was really getting it out there and people want to be part of it.
