The Weekend Break Podcast - 3rd October 2026

It's on.

It's a high activity.

Honestly, we've been in and out of the Ute Master site for the last couple of days.

I am exhausted and I've still

got today to go through.

Yeah, nah, look, it's been, well, it started Tuesday, didn't it? Yeah.

with the Spirit of the Mustard, which was a fantastic night on the Tuesday.

Great numbers there.

And I think that all the shopkeepers were extremely happy how it all turned out.

And so that was a great initiative.

Then flowed into Wednesday, of course, with the 100-odd utes in the main street.

Oh, wasn't that a sight? Yeah, unbelievable.

No, credit to the Denny Chamber and the Ute Muster team and our council for putting that on.

I think it just brings the whole town into it and gets them involved and gets some more people into town.

And really starts a whole week.

People come

in a bit earlier now to get amongst all that sort of stuff.

So that's really cool for Denny.

Absolutely.

And look, there was a good initiative out there.

I think you could get into some of the reserve camping on the Wednesday.

So that takes the pressure off.

And of course, Thursday was probably the majority of people coming.

that actually travelled.

They had an event out there on Thursday night.
