Now, Harding Street, drivers have been driving pretty slow down there as of late, and it's really quite good that we're seeing roadworks kind of being finished up very soon, isn't it?
3:40
Yeah, it's very exciting, Tom.
3:42
I think we've left it how it's been for the Ute Buster for the last couple of weeks.
3:46
I think it's been...
3:47
Handled very well, but everyone can still say it's just not quite finished yet.
3:50
So Transport for New South Wales will be returning to site on Monday, working day and night shifts because they've got a lot of lane closures that they want to manage and they want to try and keep the lanes open during the day for all the trucks and larger vehicles and transport that needs to severely get through.
4:05
So yeah, they'll be back on Monday working through until possibly Saturday as well.
6:26
Now, what is the latest on, I guess, the future of that medical centre site?
3:37
But you've been speaking with Minister for Environment and Water, Murray Watt.
3:42
Correct.
3:42
Yeah, look, I had the opportunity to have an invitation, late invitation to talk with Minister Watts in Leighton.
3:50
He was announcing that funding, which is $14.5 million from federal government will be matched by Sunrise, which, look, it's a great initiative.
3:57
It really sets up the rice industry for the long term, particularly in that Leighton area and secures potentially 200 on and off jobs.
4:07
But really, yes, it doesn't have a real great effect here in Deniliquin where our mill is, yeah, it's gone back to one shift.
4:15
So we've got some work to do with government.
6:19
worry about the future of the Denny Mill if water policy isn't changed by the government?
0:39
I am exhausted and I've still
0:40
got today to go through.
0:41
Yeah, nah, look, it's been, well, it started Tuesday, didn't it? Yeah.
0:44
with the Spirit of the Mustard, which was a fantastic night on the Tuesday.
0:49
Great numbers there.
0:50
And I think that all the shopkeepers were extremely happy how it all turned out.
0:54
And so that was a great initiative.
3:28
The always popular compost

9:59
So next week you've locked in a meeting with the Water Minister.
10:04
Yeah, look, New South Wales Water Minister, just to clarify that, not Murray Watt.
10:07
We're still trying for Murray Watt.
10:11
But in terms of where we are as a rural community, it's the critical time for basically the opportunities for farmers to start thinking about their rice fields and plantations and if they're going to get into that space, they're growing rice this year.
10:28
So we've been basically told that from the next two weeks to three weeks is the critical planning period.
10:35
So I took the opportunity to meet with Rose Jackson, the Minister of New South Wales Water, a fortnight ago at Country Mares and just basically reiterated our worry about the rice mill redundancies and she knew full hand of that issue.
10:52
and said she was working on some opportunity for maybe some further allocations of water, which would be fantastic.
14:50
I think if there
