Can you tell me what's been going on with Ramjo?
0:45
Yeah, Ramjo is our group of councillors that we meet about four or five times a year.
0:50
So this meeting was basically being held in Denelec on Thursday and Friday.
0:55
So we had a group of mayors and CEOs come over on Thursday evening and we took them on a river cruise and had a dinner that night.
1:04
It was a fantastic event, showcased the magnificent Edward River, which none of them had been on the river before.
1:11
And so they were really gobsmacked with how beautiful it was.
1:15
And I think we'll get a lot of return clientele out of that.
2:26
It's a bit of a light at the end of a pretty terrible process for a lot of people at the rice mill in Denny.
2:00
Fantastic.
2:01
Oh, absolutely.
2:02
Like, I'm just so excited for this.
2:04
You know, we've got the next generation of doctors now lined up and locked into the community, which is absolutely fantastic.
2:09
And I'm very much looking forward to working with them over the next, you know, 10, 15 years or whatever it looks like to try and improve the health services.
2:16
And I think the outcome for that building and that facility is going to have a dramatic impact on our community.
2:21
And I think that's ultimately the end goal that council are trying to achieve here.

Now, Jack, let's have a quick chat about the medical centre because there's a meeting coming up.
4:19
There is, yeah.
4:20
It's all happening.
4:20
So I've now called an extraordinary council meeting for Monday night, which is very much down to the crunch point.
4:26
The assessment's all been completed by our panel members, and I've now put a recommendation forward to the councillors for the meeting.
4:35
It will be a confidential meeting, of course, to talk about the lease and negotiations there.
4:41
And we are planning to not, unfortunately, make an announcement on who the operator is.
EmmaHOST
5:36
And until you have those negotiations, it's not to be public.
