Can you take me back to when you were 12? Where were you living and what did your family look like then?

So I was living on a farm in Tongala.

At the time, I was just a farm girl riding horses.

I did play basketball, so we were very involved in the local basketball, but horses were obviously everything.

Yeah, it was huge.

And then your mum was like, no more horses for Rebecca.

We're going to actually move away from Tongala.

Yeah, so she did.

It's a specialised grass-fed, HGP-free beef brand.

But what they do, it's about a 1,400-kilometre journey from Tambo to Tongala in northern Victoria.

I had a chat with Lansdowne manager Chris Turnbull who explained he was chasing the top end of the market.

They produce grass-fed beef and they wanted to be rewarded for it and it was Greenhams in northern Victoria that offered that opportunity.

Statsy and nobody in this studio will remember them more so than what you did.

What great memories do you have of Tongala heading right back into the days? I can remember one just off the top of the head, but I wonder if you'll roll out with it.

A hundred years ago.

I remember, yeah, 100 years ago when they won a couple of flags in the GBL in the 80s.

And, of course, I spent the last three years at the club in the Golden Valley League.

And, yeah, they've been a powerhouse, not only the GBL in the past, but, you know, also the Murray League.

And, yeah, they're a great organisation, definitely the Tongala Football Club.

And was it Dizzy Campbell? Yes, it was, yeah.
