Now I want us to jump forward to the 1840s.
And at some point in his like late teen, early adult years, he and his brother went somewhere warm.
And they both caught a very, very bad fever.
Now he recovered, but his brother did not.
What they would do is they would, and this sounds ridiculous by today's standards because we have air conditioning and so many things.
And it would give them some relief.
Now, Frederick Tudor was obsessed with this idea because he thought if only this had been around when I was younger, then maybe my brother would have lived and we wouldn't have to, you know, go through all this loss.
So he becomes obsessed with.
He is gonna find a way to do this.
Now, let me tell you this.
If somebody were to come to you before the days of electricity and say, hi, I would like to borrow money, please.
And they say, okay, for what? And you say, I'm gonna start a business.
And they'll probably look at you and say, that is absurd because if there's one thing we all know about ice, it's that it melts.
So people were laughing at him.
He was borrowing money, but nobody believed this guy could do it because let's be honest, on paper, this guy couldn't do it.
But he is very innovative and he is not going to give up.
