George Washington

It's a really old, old church.

George Washington prayed there.

Wow.

He worshiped there.

Uh, a shocking new video out there.

A New Jersey man facing several charges after he was seen dancing on the back of a flatbed truck on the upper level of the George Washington Bridge as it headed toward Fort Lee.

Have you seen this? Absolutely amazing.

And, uh, uh, do we...

This is the upper level, as you said, of the George Washington Bridge.

He's, uh, westbound.

And I think about, you know, going through history class in school, and I- I'm sure it was similar, whether it was your generation, my generation, the current generation.

I'm sure they start with, like, the founding of the country, 1776, George Washington.

I remember learning about the War of 1812.

What they should do is do the Revolutionary War and then work backwards.

Um, and so it is amazing.

And just watching that as I cross the George Washington Bridge, all of these are reminders, right? George Washington, [laughs] as I come in to a great city of New York that is under some political pressure, as we know, with a far left, I call him a communist, socialist mayor, and all of the anti-Semitic and anti-American and anti-9/11 things that are being said right now among those who lead, but perhaps really don't love the Americans in the country, but have been elected.

Mm-hmm.

And all of that is going through my mind, and I think, as a news anchor, "Okay, that's my job." But imagine living here and knowing that maybe there are some among us now who would wish we didn't rise.

Anyway, here's a proclamation of prayer and fasting unanimously passed by the same Continental Congress that did the Declaration, through the merit and mediation of Jesus Christ.

And so they rush a copy to George Washington.

He's at New York.

Congress having ordered the day of hum- fasting, humiliation, and prayer, supplicate the mercy of Almighty God, please Him to pardon all manifold sins.

And Benedict Arnold led a flanking charge, long and short.

He was the one that came away with the glory of the battle.

He was more popular than George Washington.

He was wounded, had to recuperate, uh, and, and so he's made the military governor of Philadelphia.

They want fundraising money.

They want you to think that we're at war and, and they're somehow our George Washington.

They're not.

They're not even authorized to sign the deal.

I've not been initiated, but I saw a lot of that in DC stuff that was never really on TV.

Like the order of Cincinnati, there's this very ornate building there called, um, the group of Cincinnati's that's all associated with George Washington.

Like, why isn't this on the media? Why isn't anybody right about this? There's also the house of the temple, which is this huge, um, Egyptian thing.

That's in just North of, uh, you probably bring it up on Google maps.

That's what he says.

I kind of just like when I was a kid and we saw that, I just liked how aloof his character was where he's like learning about George Washington and he's like, it says his teeth were made of wool.
