Before we go into this, can I ask you, you said you train a mother and daughter.
Yeah, well, this chat that we had came about because the daughter said that she was chatting to her husband this morning about training because she was coming to see me today and they were both saying, her and her husband, how you train and how you treat your body in this era that you're in now has a direct reflection on where you'll be in your next era and then I followed that up with I very much believe and have seen over the years that how you take care of yourself in one decade is a clue to how your body will treat you in the next

Super interesting, because I would say they're prime age to be thinking about that.

If you'd said it was a 13-year-old and even a 30-year-old mother and daughter, I'd be interested to know if that topic was as important.

And the reason we both sort of sent it to each other was my clients were exactly the same.
