Join us this week as Paul unpacks the issue of unforgiveness through the parable of the unforgiving servant, and walks us through a six-stage process of how God is calling us to work through it.
And as you take one step.
The next step becomes clear.
But unfortunately, sometimes we want God's word to be the light on the front of the train that shows us right down to the end of our dark tunnel.
My word is going to guide you step by step by step in where you're going.
And I believe he does that for two reasons.
He guides us and leads us that way because if he was to show us right down to the end of our dark tunnel, your name wouldn't be Jack, Henry, Fred, whatever
it is.
your name would
probably be Jonah because you would look at what God has for you down the end of your dark tunnel and you'd go, I can't do that.
We would want to go in the opposite direction because we could never achieve what's down at the end of the dark tunnel and God's going, I know.
I know.
That's why I'm calling you.
And that's why I'm going to lead you step by step by step.
But here's the thing.
If you do not take the first step in faith, you will not see the next step.
There's an interesting thing.
If God showed us what was right down to the end of our tunnel, not only would we want to run in the other direction, there are others within this auditorium this morning, I believe, who are very goal-orientated people.
Yeah, I see a few of you smiling.
You know who you are.
