still very cool to see um yeah and i mean we we sort of malign the raf affair there but i think i think genuinely think that's a really cool thing to put on um Well, so we're going to be talking about Cosford later on, but we're going to do these shows in chronological order, which means we're actually going to start with the Midlands Air Festival, which we astonishingly didn't cover yet on the podcast.

Yeah, so I attended the Sunday, the Midlands Air Fest.
I think the worst... day of the three for the weather it didn't rain but it was cloudy
yeah
a lot cooler um but again the first major air show of the year and a great show to put on uh the star of the show uh being the mig-17 again uh making its uk display debut um great to see like you said earlier it's great sound great to see it with the afterburner um Its display is really good as well.
It doesn't need to be fully aerobatic.
And we've said that about...

It's great.
Plenty of top size, plenty of burner passes, bit of noise from it as well.
Brilliant scene.
Definite highlight of the show weekend.
I think the show wasn't without its criticism.
And I think it felt it.
