All right, just to back up for a second here, remember how the states were trying to block this one? You had 12 states that were suing, and basically they were all blue states.

If you look at that list, it was Connecticut and California that kinda led the way on this.

Well, they all came out and they sued, and they were like, "We're gonna stop this.

We don't want this from hap- we don't want this to happen," because they wanted Netflix, of course, to get Warner Brothers Discovery.

Paramount is a very big property, and the reason this relates to CNN is because Warner Brothers Discovery owns CNN.

And how's this for the cherry on top? Actually, maybe this is, maybe this is front and center.

He went out and bought Paramount, which got him CBS, and then he decided to do Warner Brothers Discovery.

I am familiar w- with the deal and have some sources that have told me, look, they were there early on, and there were a lot of people that thought, you know, "David's a little crazy." [laughs] Like, "He's never gonna get this through." And they were like, "Gosh darn it, he sure did." Like, do not underestimate that guy because he had a vision, and here we are today, and this vision is coming to fruition.

We have a judge allowing that Paramount deal now, federal judge, to close 100, and they're saying 10.

So you can imagine, just think, out in Hollywood, right, how stressed everybody is.

'Cause you're taking these massive properties, and you're taking a news division, and you're handing the keys to the k- kingdom, effectively, to somebody who actually likes Trump.
