I can tell you what luxury is for me because today the word itself, it doesn't really have many.

Like, you know, I come to you and say, hey, Dylan, I want to have a luxury experience in Italy.

OK, you say, OK, what does that mean? Does that mean access? Does that mean high end? Does that mean just I want a trip to the Vatican and get in with a tour? Everybody has their own level.

In reality, I can tell you what luxury is for me, which is access and feeling pampered on what for me is essential and highly personalized luxury.

Well, not luxury is those things that you commonly find on the web or advertised and they're cookie cutters.

And you can simply see them because many suppliers, you know, they go and have cookie cutters and they're all the same.

Like the first question when I go to conferences and meet up new vendors is when I sit down, I tell them, okay, I know the market.

And that tells me if that's going to be somebody I'm going to be partnering with because they can have ideas.

They understand the level of service that I'm looking for or if it becomes something standard.
