For me, when you look at how things have evolved, and I remember when I was guiding groups through Europe as a guide, and I had my Michelin guide, and I was highlighting the information that I wanted to give to the clients on the coach, I was fetching that information from Michelin guide and other books, right? AI is just a faster machine and more efficient way of gathering that information.

You still need to make sure that once you put all this together, it makes sense.

And the one thing that you need to be aware of with AI is that you need to double-check it.

One of my team members put something for Bulgaria, and I had a look at it before we presented.


So it actually showed that the currency was the lev because it takes so many people to input that information onto the whole database to make a change.


But in the end, is it really the place you need to go to? Or isn't it that little hole in the wall that nobody really knows about, but you know because you know somebody on the ground that actually took you there, right? It's not a matter of if somebody has a lot of money and a good marketing team and feeds the internet that their hotel, their restaurant is the best.
