And you've managed to find a way to create success for yourself and for other people along the way.

One of the things that successful people do is they pay attention to the details.

They understand what are the right details that they need to pay attention to, and they pay attention to them.

Talk a bit about that, Patrick, and in particular, talk about how to do that when it comes to building wealth and scaling a business.
I think something that you just said, which is, you know, part of the success that I built, that my wife and I have built together, uh, we both own different businesses, but then we've come together again at this kinda phase in our life, Nicky.
And, you know, something that you said is that we built our success helping other people be successful.
And not everybody's built that way, nobody f- not everybody necessarily thinks in those terms.
And so, uh, that's generated a lot of success for us, but always leading our own kind of decision-making is how will this impact the audience, the community, the people that we work with.
Back into the details, as we start to break things down, you know, and as a, now as a small business coach and all the coaching I've done over the years, is you look at the details.
You've got systems and methodologies, and, uh, how you operate your business.
Then you, how you're marketing your business, how you're managing your team.
Each one of those, as we break them down, require the, that you pay attention to the details.
Uh, if we look at the big picture, uh, you know, we, we can get overwhelmed.
From my perspective and what I've been, uh, especially the past few years where I've been really kinda working with individual business owners, it's interesting that we talk a lot about the operational stuff, uh, Nicky, but at the end of the day, it always comes back to them.
And so it always comes back to the details of who we are in the context, not only of our life, but who we are in the context of being a business owner, a leader, uh, whatever that might be.
And then paying attention to the deal- details of that, which requires a lot of self-awareness, a lot of self-reflection, a lot of really considering the journey you're on and who you're being on the journey.
