And then Once elementary school and everybody's racing each other and everything, once I finally had the opportunity to do that against more people, I was so stoked.

It's just been awesome to grow from that childish competitiveness into something that I can actually run with and

Tell me about the influence your parents had on you in the early days of your career.
Because obviously, if they're coming from a marathon background, they definitely love the sport.
Was it kind of a dynamic where they were forcing it on you at all? Or did you have to find it for yourself? No, not at all.
