It's a three-stage process, so I call this the release, reveal, rise framework.

In the release phase, we're not only decoding the dissatisfaction and actually taking note with the things that aren't working, the way that their life is stagnating, the way that things are not filling them up.

Sometimes it comes with even health problems because they're burned out or they're just not loving their work anymore.

And we take a look at how that actually wants to be something that we intentionally weave into their new chapter by designing a business that doesn't require them to abandon themselves for success.

The other part is I look at the spider web of interconnected things that they might not put two and two together.

So typically, if somebody comes to me, they're like working towards this next level incomes, you know, and they have these blocks or these recurring glass ceilings where they just feel like something's holding them back or when they make money at a higher level, then expenses eat it up.

And it's not safe to succeed because they might have to leave the spouse behind if they actually go for the thing.

So I find the patterns and the recurring, like, cycles and, well, sometimes I call it karma, but basically I love finding all of the distortions in who you've been.

Whether it is releasing, like, the masks you've been wearing to get love, right, to become successful.

whether it is closing up timelines of, you know, business moves you've made a decade ago that are still running and taking up space in your life, but they're no longer lighting you up.

And we get rid of the recurring pattern or the core wound or the trauma, the block, the thing that keeps happening over and over and over again that can't come with you into this next chapter because it doesn't match your future self or your highest potential.

And that frees up a lot of energy, like a lot of life force, a lot of just clarity to actually download and strategize and design this ideal lifestyle and the business that supports it.

Yeah, so we clear the deepest core wound pattern or block that's keeping you stuck.

And we get rid of all the dead end, like... like paths and trajectories you've been entertaining.

I love to go in and clear out any past like career paths, any past business moves that you're no longer considering, right? Any time where you decided to be someone you're not, any time you decided to put on a mask to get accepted or to get people to like you.

We clear everything that you've been wearing that's actually incongruent with your soul because that's the number one reason people come to me.
