When AI gets boring, it means it's reliable, running the same way every time until the busy work runs itself and you're free to run your firm.

Last time we spoke, we went through the first three floors of our AI factory roadmap, and as a reminder, if you didn't catch the first episode, the first floor is prompting, right? You're just talking to AI like you would talk to a new associate.

Floor two was skills, so teaching AI one of your firm's SOPs so it runs the same way every single time.

And then floor three was skills plus tools, writing those skills into your tools so that they output automatically and it goes to where you need it to go.

We use the example that we have built at Sterling, which is a, uh, intake phone call grading system where our intake team gets the grading of their call almost in real time based on a rubric that we've built.

And now, today, we're gonna talk about the next three floors, starting with four floor, which is projects.
